Finished version of a study of a character I came up with a while ago -
Caernûn of the Mound [link]I wanted to do another drawing of him, closer in, from a better angle and with more detail.
Neither is he a lord of the dark nor the light, neither benevolent nor malign.
Ancient as the land, older than the mound he raised.
In the hollow hill is his hall, all woodsmoke and leafmold.
The scent of the den, the hibernating beast,
all carnal sweat and terrible strength unfettered.
And his names have been manyfold.EDIT: Adjusted the forearm a bit. Not perfect but I am happier with it now.

Overall, amazing. o.o
it was fun to do another study of this character, one more a portrait than the previous one. Looks a bit like a bouncer on the door to some sylvan underworld.
